Corrupted address book!

I have two users that have large personal address books.
Both of them will not send anything from the personal
address book (Message Undeliverable). You can type the
exact same address in the to: line and it will go. You
can also select the exact same person from the global
address book and it works. Any Ideas......

The Personal Address Book is obsolete. Addresses should be stored in the
Contacts folder.
 
Brian,
I'm having the same problem, and we're using the contacts folder. Our
problem is more "in-house." We have to type in the full address in order to
send an email to someone else in the organization. Any more suggestions?

Since it's not using a Personal Address Book file, it's not the same
problem. Please give some details, like Outlook version(s), type of
account, detailed description of exactly what you click, what editor you're
using for composing mail, and anything else you see when the problem occurs.
