Corrupt RAR File help wanted

WinRAR has arepair function built in. If it doesnt repair it self there is
nothing you can do. try to obtain another copy of the archive.
 
Hi all

Desperately looking for some help with a corrupt WinRAR File.

This file is about 3 meg and contains some important info. It must have
been corrupt for some time as all my backups contain the same corrupt file.
I have tried the repair option in winrar but just get the error message
illegal end to file.

Can anyone recommend a repair utility that will work with RAR files,
something like advanced ZIP repair.

latest WinRar to unRar the files. If it was rared with a
later version than the one you are using to unrar, they
will show as corrupted.

Hello friends,once I all my RAR archive files got corrupted. I was looking for a repair software to repair corrupt rar archive.I got RAR file repair tool,it worked really well and fixed all files. Advanced Rar Repair worked for my wife, one of her client's tax files was archived and somehow became corrupted. She was able to recover about 90% of the information.
