I have finally narrowed the source of my problems and I
think it is the global.asa file.

When I create the SQL queries on another web, the queries
work fine.

But now, how do you repair a global.asa file?

You can easily edit the global.asa file without causing any problems. If you
post the file, you can get some help in here, if the error is obvious. The
asp groups may be a better direction to go, so cross post.

If FP created it, then you can delete and then use Tools | Web / Site Setting | Database to have FP
create a new one.
