corrupt files

Hi Im having problems sending some pdf files via email, message at receivers
end is that files are corrupt,

apologies if this is real basic stuff, any help appreciated

You don't need to apologize, but you do need to give more information.
How are you connecting to the Internet? What email program are you
using? How does your recipient connect to the Internet? Does the
problem occur only with one recipient or with all .pdf files? How large
are the files?
