I switched from Comcast to Millenium Cable this week and
the installer created a new e-mail account. I noticed
later that I had two new e-mail accounts with the same
name as well as my old 2 e-mail accounts. I noticed that
when I changed something in one of them the change
appeared in both. This was the first indication of
corruption. I then deleted all four accounts and re-
created the new one as well as the two old ones. First I
noticed that I could not change the default e-mail
account. Then I noticed that not all accounts were
participating in the send and receive. I tried to edit
the send/receive group, but I got error message and
wasn't shown the group. I found MS KB Article 284312. It
suggested deleting the .srs file. I found that there were
two outlook.srs and outlook~1.srs. I deleted both and
then started outlook. This created outlook~2.srs, but I
still couldn't see the group. I'm using MS Outlook 2002.
