corrupt file

If possible, copy the file off another computer and paste it in that file's
location.
Reinstall the program if a program use it.
Try downloading it off the Internet and paste in the file's location.

I do not understand this SQLEVN70.RLL error message. I just want it t

Do you have Business Contact for Outlook installed? If you do and you
don't use it, uninstall it. If you do use this program, post in one of
the Outlook groups for help. Here is a list of all the MS newsgroups.
Look for one for Business Contact for Outlook (or if there isn't one,
an appropriate Outlook group).

Otherwise, some program you have installed has also installed a
SQLServer which is damaged. Only you know what you have on your
computer.
