We have some individuals that have recurring entried in their calendar. These
files have become corrupted and need to be removed. We have tried to right
click to delete but nothing happens and some of them tell us that the entry
is not really there. Is there a file location where these entries are stored
that we can go to to manually delete them or any other suggestion besides
un-installing and re-installing?

Calendar entries are kept in the same data store as all your other Outlook
data, like mail, contacts, tasks, etc.: in a Personal Folders File (PST) or
the Exchange mailbox. Which are you using and in which version of Outlook?

We are using different versions of Outlook from Office 2000 to Office XP Pro
and everything is being handled through our Exchange server.

There are issues with accessing the same Exchange mailbox with differing
versions of Outlook, so make sure your Exchange is up-to-date, as well as
the individual Outlooks for the particular versions. If you're having
trouble with folders on the Exchange server, your Exchnage admins should be
the ones to resolve the problems. It's less likely Outlook than Exchange.
