Correct spelling of resume (personal qualifications)

What are those little hyphen marks over the e's in resume called and how to
make them in Office?
 
This is a Microsoft ACCESS newsgroup. Why don't you ask in a WORD
newsgroup?

In my experience, if you have auto-correct turned on, the word resume will
be redone to include the accent mark when typed in WORD.
