Yes.

You can add a form to display the copyright notice.
You can place the copyright notice in all your code modules.
You can add the copyright notice to each of your forms and reports - a label
with the copyright notice.
You can add a macro that runs at startup and displays a message box with
your copyright notice.
and so forth.

I guess what they're saying is "be more specific". Where or when do you want
your copyright to go? Is it for intellectual property protection reasons or
