copying workbooks

When I copy a workbook from one computer to another, the copied workbook
links still refer to the original. How do I set up or copy the workbook while
keeping the calculations within the same workbook?
 
Need more info:
Are computers on same network?
Where are the files located?
In a nutshell, on the new computer that files are copied to, when the file
is opened, you should get a warning about "Links". You can edit them at this
time to keep them intact.

some computers are on the same network, some in remote areas.
I do not want to have the warning message to be displayed, I want the links
to be self contained within the workbook. People using these workbooks have
no or little knowledge of excel spreadsheets, and how to change
fields,parameters,links or formulas. They will just be entering data in the
non-protected fields for reporting data. All the links point to sheets within
the workbook. So when the workbook is copied the links are not modified
pointing to where the files were. I hope this is enough info, thanks

If it were me...
I would move the workbook where it needed to be, then open the workbook for
each location at that location, and edit links the first time it is opened.
That way you know it works, the end user will open it next and not know of
the links.
It is kind of a pain, but success is achieved easier with only one person
editting links.
If these are remote locations, if you can find someone at the site, to walk
them through editting the links. This is another option.
