Copying subfolders

I have read several useful posts concerning FileCopy. I have not found one
that will copy all the files and subfolders under a folder. Is this possible?
 
The DOS xCopy command will do that

Start >>> Run >>> cmd

then type: xcopy /?

to get a list of commands.
