Here is what I want to do i want to copty a portion of my spreadsheet to
a Sports Forum that I am a member of ,however when I copy it and then
go to paste it on the forum "new topic" or "reply" screen all the
numbers copy over however the grids do NOT, how can I do this where
the entire portion of the spreadsheet(including the grids are
transfered.
Below is what happens:

YTD TOTAL WINS YTD TOTAL LOSSES YTD UNITS +/- BASED ON 1 UNIT PLAY YTD
UNITS +/- BASED ON ACTUAL PLAY TOTAL WINS FOR NIGHT TOTAL LOSSES FOR
NIGHT UNITS +/- FOR NIGHT BASED ON 1 UNITS PLAYS UNITS +/- FOR NIGHT
BASED ON ACTUAL PLAY
ROG 3 0 2.2 3.4 3 0 2.2 3.4
MCIRISH 2 1 1.1 1.8 2 1 1.1 1.8
LAB 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0
This is how it comes out ,not only that but also the rest of the
columns that extend out did not copy over either ,how can i correct
this so that WHATEVER I highlite will be transfered over(including
grid)
Thank You

Hi there,

It depends on how you're achieving this. If you're doing this via email,
try emailing it in HTML format rather than Plan Text or Rich Text.

Cheers,
Katherine

I am not doing it via email ,i am just using the microsoft works
spreadsheet on my computer, after the calculations are done i want to
make an exact copy of the spreadsheet(gridlines and all) and then paste
that copy in the message board in the forum I joined.
Please help me with this problem

Please help me out on this one I have until tonight to figure this
out.It means alot to me personally.
Thank You.

This is an Excel forum.

Are you really using Works? If yes, you may want to post to an MSWorks
newsgroup.

If you're really using Excel, maybe you could select your range and do
shift-Edit|Copy Picture and paste into whatever you're sending to the other
forum.

(I don't use MSWorks, but you may want to see if Shift-Edit works in Works,
too.)

And I'm not sure what forum you want to post, but lots of newsgroups are text
based--including this one. In here, many readers won't even open a post with an
attachment.

You may want to double check the rules of your forum if you have doubts.
