copying photos to a CD

I have tried to copy pictures from my hard drive to a CD-R using My Computor in Windows XP. It seems to work fine when I open the CD on my PC, but my friend cannot read the CD on his PC. I visited the HP Help Centre which told me to use the Copy to CD option under Picture Tasks. But that option is not showing as available to me. How do I copy pictures to a CD-R and ensure that my friend can read the disc?
 
If this option is not available to you. how did you copy to the CD?

Can you open the pictures from the CD on your PC? If you can, your frien
should also be able to do that unless you have a 3rd party graphics progra
that you used in WindowsXP.
