I'm just starting with Outlook 2003, moving from Netscape.

My C drive failed to boot up and I had lots of folders and rules set in
my Outlook.

I moved the C hard disk to D and installed a new C drive, with a fresh
Win XP Pro load and Office 2003.

Are there any Outloook files I can move from my old C drive to the new C
drive in order to get back all the rules and folders I had set up?

Thanks in advance,

Dennis

The file you need is your Personal Folders file (*.pst) It's where all the
mail, calendar, contacts etc are stored. Copy it to the new drive and
reconfigure the new installation to use it as its default. Do NOT try to
overwrite this file or import it.

Take a look at these pages for info on Outlook data backup:

Russ,

Thanks for the lead. Worked perfectly and saved me hours.
