Hello Node,
Since the delay is caused by a deadlock between the System Restore tool on
the server and the redirector on the client, first of all, please make sure
SP1 is installed on both the server and the client.
If you did so, please turn off the System restore both on the server and
client, does it make any difference?
If this issue remains, please temporarily turn off the antivirus/firewall
software both on the server and client to see if that helps.
I look forward to hearing from you.

| When I copy an file with an 'ini' extention Win XPro hangs for about 10
| minutes then it copies the file. The only info I can find in the knowledge
| base is
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;321412.
This
| does not solve the problem, I have SP1 installed.
