Hi,

1. Copying files to another PC

This may be a very basic question but I'm new to Outlook

I'm using outlook 2003 at home & Outlook 2000 at work.
How can I export my contacts & calendar files from my home PC so I can
import these to my work PC.

I've tried just e-mailing these as .pst file attachments but Outlook won't
let me do so.
Is this because it is blocking unsafe attachments & if so can I overcome the
blocking?

I've tried copying them onto floppy disk but Outlook 2000 can't see the
files
Is this due to the different versions or another issue?

The Help file seems to imply I need Exchange Server which of course I don't
have.

Surely what I want to do is very common & easily done.
Am I missing something obvious?

2. I want a simple macro to create a toolbar button which prints the
calendar in Calendar Details Style for the displayed day.
Can anyone help please?

Colin

If you are using Outlook 2003 with the new unicode format for your .pst
file, then previous versions of Outlook cannot use the file.

You would need to create a new .pst file and select Outlook 97-2002
compatible when given the choice. Then use drag and drop to add your files
to the new .pst file you created. You can then use that file for your work
Outlook.

As for number 2, macros will not work in Outlook but you could write a
little routine in VBA to do this. Try posting to an Outlook programming
group to see if someone has already done this or to get some pointers.
