Copying emails

We have two computers. I want to copy my sent messages from computer 1 and
download on computer 2 (and visa versa). Please advise how this can be done.
I am elderly and advise needs to be simple :). Thanks
 
Plug a flash drive into a USB port.
On the menu bar click File, Export, Messages, then follow the prompts.
Carry the flash drive over to the other computer, then click File, Import,
Messages...
 
Thank you for the information. It worked . . . I was able to download the
sent emails to the other computer. The only problem is: the header has
"from" which is my email address and not "to" the person I sent "to" Is
there any way to change this?
