copying email to removal drive

Hi

I am using outlook as my email clint and I have been
copying all my emails in designated local folders. Now I
want to store all my emails which was in local folder to
a removable drive (say burn in a CD). How can I do
that..except copy all the eamils and paste in word
doucments....it will take a hell lot of time and effort.

Anyone has any ideas...........

Search for, and copy, the file with a pst extension.
 
hi, u need to create a .pst folder , move all ur emails to it and only
copy/burn the .pst file to cd. u can access the .pst file through :
Docum&settg -> urname -> local sttg -> Appl -> Microsft -> outlk. once done
the .pst file can be added thro data magt while the local .pst is removed. Tks

What? Please write properly spelled English - this is not a chat room nor an
SMS message board.

The OP is already using Outlook, and presumably as a stand alone setup,
already HAS a pst file.
