Copying Dialog Boxes

Ref. In Windows Mail

Tools - Accounts - Propeties - General, Servers, Connection, Security,
Advanced,

I would like to copy the dialog boxes (General, Servers, Connection,
Security, Advanced) into Word and into discussion boards, but it does
not appear possible. Has anyone found a method?

Use a screen capture program, like the Snipping tool to save the screen to
an image file (.jpg, .gif, .png, etc.).
Start - All Programs - Accessories - Snipping Tool

Although, I prefer Gadwin PrintScreen...http://www.gadwin.com/printscreen/
