Create a new .PST file (File | New), copy your Contacts folder to it (you
may have to create a new folder and then drag and drop all the items from
one folder to the other -- you can use CTRL+A to select all items at once),
close the new .PST by right clicking its root folder and then clicking
Close, then copy the .PST to your Zip disk. When you copy the .PST off the
Zip onto the other computer, make sure it's not marked read only, then you
can open it in Outlook via File | Open. (Don't try to open it from Windows
or any other program; it must be opened from within Outlook.)
