copying contact files

I would like to copy the contacts file in my OUTLOOK 2003
that came with Microsoft XP to put it on another computer
that has OUTLOOK on XP, and I would like to know if and
how I can export the contacts file to a cardscan file.
 
You need to provide more information for us to answer. What do you mean by
"Outlook on XP?" What version of Outlook will be using this export?
What is a cardscan file?
