copying cells without resizing the cells

Is there anyway to copy and paste ceels without the size
of the cells returning to the standard size?
 
Try Copy > Paste special > Values > ok

this will copy and paste only the values within the cells and not the
formatting.....

When you copy the entire worksheet, it will appear just as the original.
If this is what you want, right click the sheet tab, and choose move or
copy, the first box shows all the workbooks that are currently open, if you
wish to keep the copy in the current workbook then don't change the
selection in this box, but make sure to check the box at the bottom "create
copy" otherwise, it will move your original instead of copying it.
