Hi I have 2 questions

1) I am making up a rota of shift people are working etc and opened up a new
excel which has 3 pages to it. I made up a page with names etc down the left
colum and their duties etc will be inserted along the rows. I arranged all
the rows and colums to be certain sizes. Once this was completed I wanted to
copy this to pages 2 and 3 before filling in the duty details. I copied and
pasted into the top left corner of page 2 and 3 but the format doesn't stay
the same and the sizes of the cells change. Is there a way once I have made
up my blank that I can lock the cells to this size?

2) As I said I have all the names down the left colum with shift etc going
along the rows. How is it that you make the names remain in view even if you
scroll along to the right?

Thanks

Roddy

Hi Rodders

If you copy all cells it is working
hit Ctrl-A twice
Ctrl-C
Go to A1 of the other sheet
Ctrl-V

2)
Select B1
Then Window>Freeze Panes in the menubar
