Copying and Pasting

sorry I am new to this stuff, but I have install VPC
today, and to make things faster I run an automated
script that updates a database, so it involves a lot of
copying and pasting, but the probelm that i incountered
the data is being pasted in the host PC and copied from
the VPC, anyone knows a way I can disable this feature
would be greatly appreciated.

Are you referring to Microsoft's Virtual PC? If so, I suggest you repost in
the VPC group - microsoft.public.virtualpc.
