copying a picture folder to a cd

How do I copy a folder of pictures to a cd using microsoft's software? I can do it using 'STOMP' but then I can't copy it onto a computer that doesn't have 'STOMP'. I did it oncwe with microsoft's 'cd wiazard' but have forgotten how to do it.
