Copying a conditional format

Is there a way to copy just the conditional format of a cell that uses a
formula as its condition. Such as "=h4>.5" . What I want to do is use the
same format for different cells down a column. The "h4" has to change to
whatever row the copied format is on. So if I copy the conditional format on
"A4" that has the formula "H4>.5" and copy it to row "5" the conditional
format should read "H5>.5".

You can use the "Format Painter" toolbar icon to copy Conditional Formatting,
but it would be a lot better to format everything that it might apply to
ahead of time as long as the range is continuous it should be more
efficient. (looks like a paint brush, not the paint buckets).

I have a page on Conditional Formatting
