Copy Profile Administrator

Hi my friends.

I want copy profile administrator for profile All Users, so the button Copy
To is disable, with solutions this problem?

Are you logged in as Administrator when trying to do this? If you are, this
is what your problem is, you are currently using that profile so will be
unable to copy all of the files as they are in use. Create another user with
administrative rights, log in using that user and then try copying the
administrator profile
