copy & paste

Greetings
I use to be able to go into my contacts and copy all my addresses, then
click on my computer tab and paste to my E drive which is my cd-rw drive.
Some how it doesn't work anymore.
Please help.

To save your Contacts folder, either copy your existing PST to the CD drive
(with Outlook closed) or create a new PST (File>Open>Outlook Data File) and
copy the Contacts folder to it. Close the PST and (with Outlook closed)
copy that to the CD.

If you later want to read that PST, copy it back to your HD and, in utlook,
click File>Open>Outlook Data File, browse to the PST, select it, and click
OK.
