Sorry, I don't understand what you are getting at. Copying and pasting
E-mail text is no different from copying and pasting anything else. Select
what you want to copy and press Ctrl-C. Then put the cursor where you want
to paste it and press Ctrl-V.
If that doesn't tell you what you want to know, tell us what you want to
copy. From where? To where?

Select the text. Ctrl+C(copy) and then go to where you want to paste it and
