I have a .dot set up on our server for everyone in our area to use. I
created a macro that will copy a new form at the end of this .dot The
problem is that the macro only shows on my document and no one else can run
this. If I created the macro on the .dot on the server, would it not work
for everone?

It sounds that although your template is on the server, the macros are
actually in your normal template.
The usual plan is that you create new documents from templates and the macro
should presumably add the 'new form' to the end of the new document, rather
than add it to the template?
