copy information from old to new record

i need a code to copy information for some fields in my form to a new
record(next record. sometimes i have to enter same information for some
fields to the next record.so i want to save my time by copying info to the
next record.
 
Pressing CTRL + ' (aposthrophe) will copy the value from the same field in
the previous record.
