Before my XP Op System crashed and had to be reloaded (destroying all data,
programs and settings) I made a copy of my HD on an external HD. Now that I'm
re-installing MS Outlook 2003, how can I copy/import my old contacts,
calendar and mail folder items from the external HD? What files to I look
for? Where? Thanks.

Hi,

Search the external HDD for *.pst files (click Start/Search/All files and
folder put *.pst in the filename and in the search in box select you
external drive)
Once you found the file (if more than one check the date modified to find
the most uptodate one)
Open Outlook, click File / Import and Export, select import from another
progam or file, Select personal folder file from the list, click next then
browse to the file that you found earlier on and follow the on screen
prompts from there and you should be ok :)

Hope this helps
