I have copied a list of e-mail addresses (is that a distribution list?)
from
Lotus Notes on another PC to a word document and e-mailed the document to
my
home PC which has Outlook. I simply want to copy that list from the word
document onto Outlook as a group distribution list. It's a waste of time
entering each individual as contact. Can I copy the e-mail addresses I
have
in the word document into an outlook group distribution without creating a
new individual contact for each address I have?

Clarify what you mean.
Do you mean a Distribution List?
If so, you should have transferred the DL directly. You cannot create a
DL
from a Word document.
