Copy from one calendar to another in Outlook 2003?

Is there a way to copy all events from one calendar to another in Outlook
2003?

I have four different calendars in Outlook and would like to use a different
one for default than what I've used in the past.

I tried to export from one, exporting as a csv file, and re importing it
into the other. It doesn't work.

What's prompting this is I started to use Outlook Connector and it seems
that the folder that Outlook Connector wants to share on the web is my MSN
calendar.

Any ideas?

The default Calendar is the one that belongs to the store where mail is
being delivered to, to move the items from one Calendar to another can be
done by changing the view of the Calendar to a Table type i.e. Categories
and then using the Edit menu to select all and then move/copy to folder.

Now, is there a way I can change the default calendar to my msn calendar and
not use the previous calendar?
 
No not as far as I know

Only if you've an MSN Premium subscribe and using Outlook Live.
