copy files to cds

i am running windows XP and in my picture tasks i dont have copy to cd ? i
should have it , can any one help
 
Open Windows XP's "Help and Support Center"
and perform a search for CD RECORDING.
The helpful topics and instructions will magically appear.

i have looked at that.. but the problem is copy files to cd does not show up
in the picture tasks menu... how do i get that ?

Just hit conntol + S

then browse to your cdburner drive


your alternative is to just use windows explorer and click and drag the
files you want burned to your cd burner
 
Hi,

Right click the drive in Windows Explorer and choose properties. Go to the
recording tab, check the box to enable recording on that drive.

god you will think im thick ..when yu say click on the drive on windows
explorer what do i click on ?where is the drive ?

your a star ive done it !! the box wasnt ticked ,i would never have got it
many thanks for your help.. ive been trying to copy photos to a disk for 3
weeks with no succes and now its done thankyou

LOL it looks like a bloody rotten cut n paste from some crappy text editor.
Let's plop it into a registry key and see what Windows invents with it.

Double click "My Computer" or the winkey+e to open Windows Explorer.
