I'm trying copy an excel chart into a Word template. I'm
not sure how to get it into the predefined labels within
Word. Has anyone done this ?

Thanks

Dear Carol
You could try copying the chart, then with your Word
document open, select Edit/Paste Special and then select
enhanced metafile. This will bring the chart in as a
picture and not an OLE object

Hope this helps

Paul a
Word document,
.
What I'm trying to do is the following :
I have a Word template that will have a few pre-defined
place for a table and a few predefined spots for text and
a chart. This is a word template because the end user
may want to change the format of the word document. So
if there is a place mark for each item that will be moved
from excel into word then I will only have to look for a
title for each place mark and then paste the table or
text where it belongs. That is what I'm trying to do
programically.. But I'm not sure how to, code wise,
identify the label in the Word document so I can place
the table in that spot.

Thanks for any help..
