I mean just that!! actually i am pasting a resume and for some reason
windows mail completly shutsdown. I send the same resume as an attatchment
but it will not send when I paste it within the body of my note. Can you
help???

I've seen scattered reports of this problem happening within the last two
months. I'm not aware of a fix. Try upgrading to Windows Live Mail:

Are you copy/pasting from MS Word or...?
I mean just that!! actually i am pasting a resume and for some reason
