Copy and Paste Problem in Win 2000 Server

On booting of Windows 2000 Server Copy and Paste Works
Properly. After sometimes an error (svchost.exe ..) comes
and RPC service get stopped. Then after when I do copy
(menu enable) and paste (disable) does not work. Pls. help.

I think this are symptoms of the worm Blaster. How to get rid of that:
