Copy and Paste in WinXP.

I can copy but I cannot paste what I copied. This is the whether it
is in an IE address bar or in an editor like Microsoft Word or
Notepad.
Please help on this issue.

I had a computer in for service with the same exact problem, be it online or
not. Believe it or not - it's true, the problem was with IE of all things.
An update of IE might fix it (it did for me) but if not then you need to
find out how to do a *complete* re-install of IE (it can be done) followed
again by updates. Post in this topic again if you need the steps for doing
that, which work for me.
