Copy and Paste from Web Page into Document

Everytime I try to copy information from a web page to a document, it only appears in the document as a small picture icon. I can expand this icaon, but can not get the data tp appear. Is there some setting that I needto disable/enable to be able to paste web data into a document and be able to view it?
 
You might try Edit - Paste Special, and see if the other paste options let
you do what you want. Also, verify in the Paste Special dialog box that
Display as icon is not turned on.
