Outlook folders are not file system objects and you can't copy the folder
itself to the file system. All of Outlook's "folders" are kept in the same
file. You could move all your folders (at one time) to another drive by
moving the location of your folders file. You can also do what Bob I
suggested and copy the contents (as .msg files) of a folder to a folder on the
drive. Explain what you wish to do more completely and we may be able to
help. Include your Outlook version and account type.

My outlooks is 2003, I am not sure whta you me by account. I have a folder
with many emails that I would like to copy to my E drive so I can give these
to another person. I am not all that savy on computers so anything you tell
me to do has to be step by step.
