Another query from one of our Senior Members:

"Hi Joe,
Another problem that I have is the Copernic search program has a struggle to
work my XP Home.
I have it installed, but when I click on the desktop icon to open the
program, the screen goes black, then mad colours come up, and it has quite a
struggle to work.
When I go out of the program, screen goes black. all desktop icons go red in
colour before returning to normal. It looks close to crashing.
Sometimes it gets stuck in there and I have to ctrl-alt +del to get out."

Can anyone offer any suggestion please, I though that it may be the video
card but would that apply to a new computer?
