I need help fast....I think norton systemworks interfered with windows....this is the message I got when I was forced to shut down because my computer freezed up

Stop Coooo21a Fatal System Error. The logon process system process terminated unexpectedly with a status of (0x00000000 0x00000000). The system has been shut down.

Boot in safe mode (Pressing the F8 key repeatedly while booting),
and uninstall Norton Systemworks.

If Systemworks is the culprit, try Symantec's support:
