cookies

Can't delete cookies, even following MS Help instructions. What am I missing.

Clarification: Tools>options>Delete Cookies>OK>OK, then get out; then go back in and go to view files and there they all are..., still there...? Chuck

You have to reboot so the cookies get deleted.
