Cookies

I have recently been notified that I cannot use certain
websites because my browser is not taking cookies? I
followed the course of action that was displayed and found
that there is no cookies check box and the other security
settings are set to medium, which I am told by the help
page that this will allow cookies? I am therefore at the
end of my tether and would welcome some assistance on how
the hell do you turn the cookies on.

In IE6, go to Tools/Internet Options. Click on the Privacy tab.
On the Privacy dialog, click the button labelled 'Advanced' to get a dialog
that will allow you to set up cookies. Also in Privacy is an Edit button
that invokes a dialog enabling you to specify cookie handling for
particular sites.
