I recently upgraded XP Home to XP Pro. Now cookies are
deleted everytime I log out. IE seems to be accepting
cookies whenever I'm logged in, and websites work just
swell. However, when I log out & log back in, the cookies
are gone! Where's Cookie Monster?!?!

go start/control panel/network and internet connections/
go internet options/general - tab/
go history section/
go - 'days to keep pages in history'/
note
it may have 'defaulted to - 0 days' - and
you can adjust/+incr-decr/the 'days setting' fr '0 to 99'/
and
take it fr there

Oh...me like cookies...do you know that cookie starts with 'c'?

Open Internet Explorer and go to the Tools menu. Select Internet Options and
then the Advanced tab. (In shorthand notation this is Tools | Internet
Options | Advanced.) Remove the checkmark from 'Empty Temporary Internet
Files folder when browser is closed'. Now your cookies won't be 'flushed'
every time you close IE.

You got Girl Scout cookies...me love 'em...thin mint...much munch munch.
