Cookie Program

Looking for a good Program to manage my cookies. I was using Cookie Crusher
but had to restore my computer and will have to download Net Framework to
use it again, and Net Framework is a big download. Any subjections would be
appreciated

I find easy to manage them with WinPatrol, that in the meantime protects
your pc from adware, spyware, worms, etc.
