converting positive numbers to negative numbers

Hello
Is there a way to select a group of cells that are currently positive and
change them to negatives? Thanks
 
Enter a -1 into any unused cell
Copy that cell
Select your range of numbers to convert
From the Edit Menu, choose "Paste Special"
Check the "Multiply" option
Click OK
Delete the -1 you entered at the beginning
