Converting Pocket XL Files to Normal Excel

Does anybody know a way of converting files currently
stored on a Compaq Ipaq in Pocket Excel to Normal Excel
or is there a convertor available to do this.

ActiveSync will convert them automatically when you copy them to your
desktop PC.
Alternatively you can load them into Pocket Excel and save them in normal
Excel format.
 
Have managed to do that thanks. Is there anyway of
converting or opening a Pocket Excel file when it is no
longer on the Compaq Ipaq so cannot use ActiveSync or
save as normal.
