converting outlook 2003 into outlook 2002

How do you import a .pst folder created in Outlook 2003
into a computer with outlook 2002. I'm getting an
incompatible message. Is there a download for conversion
 
No.
You must expressly create a "New Personal Folders file" in "Outlook 97-2002"
format while in Outlook 2003 and copy your data into it.
